[Ubuntu] Minor Annoyance - Improper title

I've noticed for a while that all of the PPA packages seem to say
"Quantum GIS reexported" in the tile bar of the application. Instead it
should say Quantum GIS <Version #>. When you build from trunk it usually
puts the svn revision number in the header.

It's a real minor annoyance but would be really nice to figure out what
in the package files is causing it. Hard to tell which version someone's
using in screenshots sometimes which can be relatively important. Also
seems to be a matter of polish.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Alex

PS: I tried to figure out how to file a bug in launchpad, odd that's
there's no "Add bug" on the ubuntugis pages. Seems to be some quirk of
how Launchpad is built though.
