[Ubuntu] Mismatch in binaryfulness. (arch) False != (files) True

I tried to compare files which are send to Launchpad (bionic vs
xenial), I found small difference which can be related:

diff -u grass_7.4.1-1~bionic1_source.changes
grass_7.4.1-1~xenial1_source.changes
...

_amd64.buildinfo file is generated just for bionic and not for xenial. Ma
