[Ubuntu] Mismatch in binaryfulness. (arch) False != (files) True

I created package for bionic once more and before uploading removed
from grass_7.4.1-1~bionic2_source.changes any records about
grass_7.4.1-1~bionic2_amd64.buildinfo. In the result just files below
were uploaded to Launchpad:

  Uploading grass_7.4.1-1~bionic2.dsc: done.
  Uploading grass_7.4.1-1~bionic2.debian.tar.xz: done.
  Uploading grass_7.4.1-1~bionic2_source.changes: done.

and accepted! Great :-)

I just wonder why _amd64.buildinfo file is created just in
ubuntugis/bionic branch and not in ubuntugis/xenial branch. Bearing in
mind that I used exactly the same commands to produce source packages
for upload in the both branches.
