That's for sure. Yes, that's what I mean - I've only been using/
worrying about the instances on PEER1 servers.

I don't think anyone other than KK has used this, I certainly have
not, and I thought it was just being used until we got our new ones
set up. Since Shawn is aiming to have the main site somewhat
replicated to our backup server - it seemed the easiest to match at
any given time and then tweak for simple tests with the same current
production look and feel. That was my thinking anyway...

Personally, I'd rather be logging into the server that matches
(paths, modules, styles and everything) the production server as
close as possible. It's also nice having Shawn available to help,
who knows the system layout issues, etc. intimately.

That's dead but served its purpose as far as I'm concerned. It's now
accessible only at http://testdev.osgeo.org until all desired content
gets copied off. The http://community.osgeo.org is redirecting to
www.osgeo.org now.

Not sure what the best plan is, you systems guys will know better
than me :) But in my opinion using the backup server is nice because
it has a mirror of all the other infrastructure stuff on it too - so,
for example, we can test against a real ldap instance in the same way
the production server will.

I'm open to whatever works best...

Tyler
