Bob,

My thinking was to keep the technologies focused on specific packages
rather than general concepts like many of the above.

Also, we had a lengthy discussion about proprietary technologies, and
decided not to list them (such as Oracle), though it is expected that
consultants will highlight such things on the page pointed to if they
wish.
