If there is limited participation in this meeting, then I'll bring a motion by email to switch to an "as-needed" mode for IRC meetings.
 
I'm the last one to meet for the sake of meetings, so if nothing more than just informal chatter on IRC and motions by email are required, I'd be happy to switch to that mode.
