Does everybody see the user login block on the front page now?  It's  
lower left and should be visible to anyone not logged in.

Note that I have set it so that only administrators can create new  
user accounts directly in Drupal (i.e. that method that does not use  
LDAP, but is internal).

Also note that I modified the /var/www/html/modules/user.module so  
that with the above setting (user_register != 1) it will also not  
show the "Request new password" link.

This should become obvious after the cache has had a chance to catch up.

I've also corrected the missing "page not found" problem that was  
showing a list of the spotlight names.  Going to a non existent page  
should now show the error message instead.

Let me know of any problems, though connections will be spotty for me  
for the next couple days.
