[ZOO-PSC] Funding request

Hi all,
I déclare the motion passed with:

Gérald, Venka, Nicolas, Rajat +1
Angelos 0

I will now proceed with sending the funding request to the OSGeo treasurer.

Note that our budget request for year 2023 was there [1] but was not accepted by the OSGeo board on that time as you can see here [2]. 
So, as Angelos pointed out, this budget request will be discussed at the Board level and may not be accepted.
