[OSGeo Africa] OSGeo Africa Page - Gallery

Hi all

I have added a new page on the wiki at
http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Africa_Gallery, to link to the African
contributions on the OSGeo page.  There is only one African entry that I can
see from UP at the moment, which I have cross-referenced.  

Add your development at http://gallery.osgeo.org/, and then link on the new
wiki page so we can build up a record of our contributions!
