Before you ask questions on any list, you must have done a little bit of research yourself

Here is the first thing I normally do, search google

in your case search google for "aerial photogrammetry"

You will get lots of things to view

You will not get answers to such a vague question on any forum.
At the very least you will have to say what it is that you want to measure (distances, areas), what kind of aerial photography (is it orthorectified?), what software are you using, etc.
