[OSGeo Africa] Cape Town QGIS and PostGIS course rescheduled to 22 Nov

Hi all

The QGIS and PostGIS course originally scheduled for 18-22 October has
been rescheduled to 22-26 November. For those travelling from afar it is
now back-to-back with the Webmapping course which now makes it feasible
to do both.

QGIS + PostGIS Now 22 - 26 November in Muizenberg.

Webmapping with GeoDjango (incl PostGIS, MapServer, OpenLayers and
Django) 29 Nov - 3 Dec in Swellendam.
