[OSGeo Africa] Census Shape Files

I asked to have it sent and they said to bring the laptop into the office
and they download it for you and give training - but the problem is they are
400km away for me.

I ironically collected a copy of this data from StatsSA in Pretoria on 
Wednesday. The dataset is provided on a CDROM after a simple contact details

form is filled in. 

StatsSA are very eager for feedback from users of this dataset, hence the 
contact form. I'll forward a copy of the feedback form once I have a copy.
