[OSGeo Africa] Accurate shapefiles for South African admin boundaries

Hi all,

I need administration boundaries for South Africa that are commonly
regarded as accurate. As far as I can tell the best ones to use are those
provided by demarcation.org.za - if I understand correctly, that's the
official data, so it's pretty much right by definition. Is that a good
source to use, or do any of you know of a better one?
