I obtained a copy of the former homelands and TBVC boundaries from Department of Land Affairs in 2007 from
Adriaan Ritter

Directorate: Public land Support Services

Not sure if they still provide it but it would be worthwhile contacting them.

I have, at some stage, created it from magisterial districts that I know were part of these areas...will search for it and pass on but can not vouch for accuracy. Captured from a hard copy map of 1987....if interested.
