Thank you all, I now have 8 copies of the TVBC areas :), all slightly
different. Once I get to the most authoritative source, I will notify you
and ensure I point out the correct "custodian" to all.

I found this homeland shapefile as part of the old AGIS data.  Hope it

I obtained a copy of the former homelands and TBVC boundaries from
Department of Land Affairs in 2007 from Adriaan Ritter

Directorate: Public land Support Services

Not sure if they still provide it but it would be worthwhile contacting
them.

were part of these areas...will search for it and pass on but can not vouch
