    Hi Aslam ,

    As the auctioners always say -- PROVENANCE is everything  :--))))

    I am under the impresion ( have been told ) that the demarcations were 
    done piecemeal via announcement in the Gov Gazette ?

    I am sure that together with the cartographical elements there must be 
    some form of legislative underpinning ?

    I found some references in the SA Law jounrals but as I do not have all 
    the wonderful free access to all the journals I can only suggest having 
    a look at the "Annual Survey of South African Law"  Prof Ellison Khan

    I understand members of PLATO are not necessarily Advocates but that 
    should not hinder ones interests.
