Hi There
Is there any FOSS for managing cadastral layer linked with municipal billing system for the purpose of improving municipal revenue collection and mapping out bad rate payers? Please advice

Thank you all, I now have 8 copies of the TVBC areas :), all slightly different. Once I get to the most authoritative source, I will notify you and ensure I point out the correct "custodian" to all.

I obtained a copy of the former homelands and TBVC boundaries from Department of Land Affairs in 2007 from Adriaan Ritter
