[OSGeo Africa] Open Data Day 23 Feb

Hi All

If anyone is interested, its open data day[1]  on 23 Feb 2013 (Saturday
after next). Its a great opportunity to do something cool with open data in
your area / country.

I'll probably have a little hack on my latest 'just for fun' project
'osm-reporter'[2] - it would be cool to see what others on this list get up
to!
