[OSGeo Africa] Open Data Day 23 Feb

Thanks for the reminder Tim!

I've decided to spend the day at the office on Saturday to host some 
local open data hacking [1]. So if you are in the Winelands (Boland) or 
want to make the trip, there'll be space, some bandwidth and hopefully a 
few other like-minded data liberators. And of course great views and the 
middle of grape harvest season.

Even if you can't be there physically, leave your name and some contact 
details e.g. twitter and we'll find a way to work together virtually. Or 
sit in Paarl and work on Tim's OSM hack while he sits in Swellendam...
