[OSGeo Africa] Wanted: Institution for Mirror for GRASS?

I have made a request to the University of Stellenbosch, who already 
host an Ubuntu mirror and we are corresponding about it as I write.

Any other offers still welcome of course. I see there is / was one in 
Namibia, not sure if that's still up.
