Depends on your specific requirements:

1. Are you looking for public sector facilities or private for-profit
facilities or private/NGO not-for-profit facilities or all three?

2. What's you accuracy requirements? Or to say it differently, can you live
with a small sub-set of facilities having approximated co-ordinates that
were either collected in the mid-90's (i.e. probably using the Cape Datum)
scaled off maps?

Does anyone know of OS data for all the healthcare facilities, clinics,
hospitals etc in SA?  Or even just the EC for now?
