You can ask Mark Herringer who has being building konekta (
http://www.konekta.info/) a site to map health care facilities (globally).
I dont think he has by any means a comprehensive database yet but he would
be very interested to collaborate or hear from anyone who can point him
along his path. The data is all free (ultimately it will make its way into
OSM).
