Hi Mudau

For starters 'stands data' is spatially contextual viz where are these
stands Port Elizabeth or Lilongwe. From the look of it this is missing from
your data (i.e. you do not have coordinates nor addresses) and without this
you cannot accurately create this shapefile. You'll need to have some other
reference data ( street addresses or other) then geocode (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geocoding) your stands.

More information on what other data you have access to may help reaching a
solution.
