[OSGeo Africa] problem

[TSHIFHIWA MUDAU]

Dear All

is there anyone who can assist me, i want to add another plugin in
quantumgis, but now there is no option "more" wherein you can add another
plugin, what might be the problem? and how can i get that option again or
is there any other means to this problem? please check the attachment for
me.
