Tshifiwa,

For you to install new plug in your QGIS needs to be connected to the
internet using your company''s network setting.

To do that, open your QGIS , on the menu buttons click settings you will
see the screen that resembles the one below. Enter the host address, then
the port number and change the proxy type to HttpProxy. To get the host and
the port number, go to open your internet explorer>settings>internet
options>connection>lan settings. Then you will see the address and the port
number. You can copy it an paste on your QGIS.  Good luck[image: Inline
