[OSGeo Africa] QGIS2.4.0 issues

Ni..havent tried a subset, I am constraint by time. I reverted to GRASS
functions which seems is working.

I tried the list to get confirmation about those functions and related
issues. But if it's only me then perhaps the dataset is to large or I have
another issue.
