[OSGeo Africa] Erven in Cape Town

[E. Ndava]

To add to it. Erven are numbered per what are called Allotments.
(Pseudo-Suburbs). If the dataset you have lacks the SG codes mentioned by
others. You may want to get the Allotments (spatial)  layer as well. Erven
numbers are unique in an Allotment.
