[OSGeo Africa] Erven in Cape Town

As already mentioned, the erven are unique per allotment. The first 8
digits of the SG Key is the allotment code.
You can also request the Allotment / Farm layer from the City to get the
names of the allotments.
The land parcels layer should also have a Legal Status field which may
cause a bit of overlap of parcels:
Legal Status lookup:
1 - Final Approved
2 - Cancelled
3 - Lapsed
4 - SG Approved
5 - Registered
6 - History
7 - Withdrawn
8 - Excised
9 - Confirmed
