Hi,

The Department of Basic Education (DBE) NatEMIS Schools list has, amongst others, the following columns:

· Electricity status

· Computer lab

· No of computers

· Internet connection

· No of learners (not sure)

Not sure whom at DBE would be able to assist, but they are the custodians of the data.

Regards,

Subject: [OSGeo Africa] Schools with electricity

Hi All

I am looking for statistics of the ratio of High schools in SA with electricity vs without supply, and the penetration of ICT (specifically computer lab access).

Any advice will be sincerely appreciated.
