[OSGeo Africa] KZN Sectional Title Schemes

    May I ask what the object of the project is ?
    What is the data going to be used for ?
    Who has commissioned the study ?
    Who wll have control / access to the data ?

    Forgive the paranoia 
    ( given the current state of the country )

    I am concerend that property owners may be facing 
    another "hidden" tax ?

    Are being "profiled" for "expropriation"  .....

    Seriously
