we are glad to announce that the FOSS4G-Europe 2017 will be held in
Marne-La-Valée in France from July 19 to 21.

The schedule is as follow:
 * July 18th: Workshops
 * July from 19th to 21th : Conference
 * July 22th: Code Sprint
