Change the program to Mon->Sat instead of Sun->Fri.
This will ensure that the code sprint at Lisasoft offices is on the 
weekend and will ensure we have 50% more capacity if required.

Provide costs in $US as well as $Aust so that it is easier for reviewers 
to get an understanding of the costs. As it stands, reviewers will 
percieve the costs to be higher than they are.

Change "Internet provided by Linux" to "Internet provided by Linux 
Australia"

I can't see food costs for Code String.

I'd like to see a miscellaneos fund for the code sprint. These 
developers are the unsung stars of OSGeo. Factor 0.5 times the food 
budget for that day.
