[Aust-NZ] geoserver joins osgeo

Just a heads up .... if you look on the main osgeo page (http://www.osgeo.org/) you will now see GeoServer listed :-) This is in response to the requests made by the Australian community (you know who you are) when Justin and myself were in Perth and Melbourne.
