When is the date of the cartopartie ? If the date is already fixed, I
think it is better to not changing it. Also the person involved in the
projects are differents.

I think no more than 20 persons. For the time-schedule, I propose  19h-20h.

Nice proposition. My idea was to go in a bar after the meeting. But
during the meeting we can propose some beers of "En Stoemelings". If we
have budget (3 bottles of 75cl + soda).

But if you have a better proposition, please share it.

Also any idea how to promote the event. I think a bout twitter, OSGeo
mailing list, any more idea, see
