Thanks Marcos !

I don't have any FB nor Twitter, but it seems nice what you suggest.

Thanks for the call of paper. In the “Home “ website page, according to the
call of paper, I think we have to replace the section “Data & Services” by
“Goals” with this kind of description: “How can OSGeo help you in your
organization? What about the future of FOSS4G in Belgium?
Community-building and networking around specific Belgian themes?”

A few specific questions that need to be discussed:

- Who take the responsibility for disseminating the call for paper, all or
Gaël and Dirk ?

- Will the call of paper need to have an email version in Dutch and French
(like the call for Sponsor)?

-Will we add a call of map with Open Source tools like suggest Gaël ?

I saw that the PNUD had organized this kind of competition on Human
Development Data Visualization

cf. http://hdr.undp.org/en/dataviz-competition

Maybe like us we need to decided a thema ?

Kind regards,

Maë//e

N.B : Just an example for the call of paper and map short mail to
disseminate and translate Fr & Dutch ? Maybe 2 e-mails is better ?

" The first FOSS4G Belgium [1], organized by the OSGeo-be Association, will
be held on October 29th, 2015 at Brussels Environment.

Call for papers and Call for maps is now open. Communication proposals and
maps can be sent to the email address : presentation at foss4g.be

They will be evaluated by the selection committee as to their inclusion in
the event.

There are two types of communication: paper and/or map. Information can be
found respectively in the Call for paper & Call for map section of the
website. The deatdline for abstracts submission is September 19th and for
maps is Sepetember 29th, 2015.
