I want to clarify a bit what I wrote here: I do not think that the offer 
is expensive. On the contrary, for all the work that is proposed it is a 
very low price. So, the question is more: do we think that everything 
that is proposed is necessary ? how important is a professional-looking 
and animated (i.e. regularly updated, incl with almost real-time photos 
etc on the day of the event) site for us in the context of this 
FOSS4G-be ? etc.
