[Belgium] SOTM2016 needs help

Hello Belgium OSGeo,

For the moment SOTM2016 needs some help (and ideas) :
- do you know cheap accommodation options close to the VUB ?
- do you know Audio/video companies (other than the FOSDEM compagnies) ?
- do you know good catering compagnies (for the moment we have
Foodstories, Les Frères Debakker, Mix With Love, Diner Privé, Traiteur
Leonard)
- do you have a nice idea for a social event (300-600) persons ?
