[Belgium] Invitation to the OSGeo.be ASBL Annual General Assembly

Dirk,

I would create a rule that is valid for all future general assemblies, not
just this one.
I added this to the GA agenda under various. If we don' t need the GA for
this, lets start a voting thread on the board mailinglist.
