[Belgium] Call for Sponsor & Map & Collaboration - NL - FR & next meeting

Hi Gaël and OSGeo.be community,

Thanks for the update. Yes, the BE, FR and NL OSGeo Chapters had a 
fruitful meeting at FOSS4G-E. As first steps I subscribed to the FR and 
BE mailing lists and we promised to keep each other informed/synced on 
events like the local FOSS4Gs and help in practical matters.

We use Meetup to announce all events (internal/external) of interest to 
the Dutch OSGeo.nl/OSM community. See https://www.meetup.com/OSGeoNL, 
when the event title is prefixed with EXTERN: it means it is organized 
by another party. Our next event is OSGeo.nl Day at GeoBuzz nov 22, 2017 
in Den Bosch, quite close for some of you. And I announced FOSS4G-BE okt 
26. More news later.

But let's await more reactions from the BE community here.
