Hi all,
Shortly, we‘ve the 23 October the Bel as an option, I’ll contact CIRB and Bxl Mob, to ask them if they could support the reservation.
About ERM, the Captain don’t really agree to host our event, but the date is free. He talk to me also that if we have real “sponsor” they could reconsider our demand…
Last time, some’s talk to take contact with Pirlot & Vandenberg, do we have news?
And I completed the framadate ☺

Have Gaël, Dirk and Tommy some feedback for the location ?
It seems the most urgent thing to validate… Otherwise we cannot advance on other tasks...
For tonight, I think it is useless to make a meeting if only Johan and I are available. I suggest moving the meeting to next week.

Thanks Johan for the call for papers. It’s ok for me (and a very good idea to put a form). The deadline was plan on September 4

I think as a Belgian event we need to accept again presentations in Dutch/French/English but I don’t know if Gaël agrees to be the French speaking coordinator of the program committee ?
I saw Tommy in the team Program Committee but I don’t remember if he was only for the translation of the call for papers and maps or to be the French coordination or the two ?

Our first working group f2f meeting was great and we will plan
another one with OSM.be people :-)
A big thank you to Gaël who received us in such a pleasing environment !
The two main points of the reflection are :
1) introduce 2 special tracks in our FOSS4G.be : OSM.be [1] and
FOSS4GeoEducation [2]
2) add a new sponsor’s package: as to be part of the Golden
Sponsorship Initiative as OSGeo.be in FOSS4G-Europe and provide job
opportunities in our event
For more details you can take a look at the minutes (Thks Tommy) [3]
As you can see in the task list on-line, we already assign some [4]
Don't hesitate to engage in a team by adding in the document your
name and contact Johan (in cc) so that we also put you in the
mailing list "foss4g team".

Hello everyone,
Our first working group f2f meeting is fixed on Tuesday 23
at 8 p.m in Brussels !
I will book a room in ULB unless somebody propose a better
place.
Everybody is welcome. I hope more of the 6 people who have
already confirmed will join us.
Indeed it is always so difficult to have a lot of people
available at the same moment.
So to facilitate the organization and the involvement I
created a first draft of the tasks list on-line :

As you can see 4 teams are identified
- Communication Team
- Financial Team
- Organization / Logistics Team
- Program Team
The first step will be to put the deadlines and find someone
'taking the lead' for each team- at least reminding everyone
about their tasks and keeping an eye on the schedule.
If you want to help, could you please :
1. Add the missing tasks in this on-line document, the tasks
done or in progress 2. Assign tasks that have no responsible
3. Involve in a team (presentation of yourself on the
working group meeting or on the mailing list and add your
name in the document) 4. Carry out your tasks 5. Report the
work done on the mailing list
