[Belgium] Fwd: Is foss4g.be really going to happen this year ?

At OpenStreetMap Belgium, we would be very happy to have a track during the
event. I've understood OSgeo would be quite happy about that. Should we
join the next phonecall or meeting?

Informally asking around already led to several talk proposals. I do think
we would need either a separate call for proposals, or a special section on
OSM-related talks.
