Thank you Gaël !

I received the emails this time but I was off line until today. So, I had
reserved 11 May but the 16th is not possible for me.

Could you give me the list of voting members who are not part of the board
and would participate so that I can give a proxy,
(I see that Moritz is not available on the 16th either) ?
