There is a benchmarking wiki page already up at:

   http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Benchmarking_2009

I have added the foss4g 2009 category to that page and linked it from
the FOSS4G 2009 page as suggested.  We can expand this page with details
of how the presentation will be done.
