[Benchmarking] Oracle Spatial (and/or) SDE Benchmarking

Would be interesting indeed. Afaik, we'd need an authorization from
Oracle itself to publish the results, the license forbids to publish
benchmark results.
Not sure about SDE, it may or may have not the same licensing clause.
