[Benchmarking] Oracle Spatial (and/or) SDE Benchmarking

I¹ve published Oracle benchmarking results at the Oracle spatial conference
in regards to LiDAR data. I¹ll talk to my contacts at Oracle and verify that
this would be OK. They are, in general, very supportive of open source
tools. GDAL is now their recommended tool for loading SDO_RASTER data.
