Jeff,

I have incorporated raster results into the results/raster.txt document
that I am satisfied with.  I may continue to do a bit of side testing
for georaster, and possibly comparing Paul's custom optimized build
against a stock build like FGS to see if there are significant differences.
But that should not be critical to the presentation.
