[Benchmarking] Confirmation of SDE 9.3.1 (Oracle/PostgreSQL) support on different platforms

We can put both versions of PostGIS under a PgSQL 8.3 so we have the
option, potentially, of comparing SDE-on-PostGIS to plain PostGIS to
SDE-on-PgSQL (given, er, infinite time :).
