[Benchmarking] Sample Barcelona Vector Dataset

update:

I had forgotten to add tracks (minor roads) into the sample dataset. 
I've re-uploaded the sample dataset with track.shp included.

I've also checked into SVN a mapfile containing the road features styled 
in MapServer 
(http://svn.osgeo.org/osgeo/foss4g/benchmarking/mapserver/spain-shapefiles.map) 
but I am far from complete.
