[Benchmarking] benchmarking jmeter template files

As Michael and Oliver have prepared the csv's files for jmeter, I figured I could help by taking the mapserver jmeter files (jmx) that Michael had been testing with and cleaning them up into templates.

So, once other teams have their styles ready to set up your testing scripts just follow the README:
