Board meeting April 7

Folks,

There is a meeting scheduled for tomorrow morning 8am Pacific time.
Thus far the only nonrecurring item on the agenda is a discussion of an
Incubation Sprint/Workshop.

Do people still want to hold a Skype conference, should we just convene
via IRC, or do you want to pursue the Sprint idea on the maillist? I
don't have a great sense of whether people feel a teleconference is
necessary for this, and there are no other agenda items at this point
(I'm also not aware of any formal committee reports to discuss). In the
absence of any board member wanting to hold a teleconference, my sense
is that it isn't necessary this week. But what does everyone think?

Thanks,

Rich
